The barrier to fixing things couldn't be lower, as professionals will be on the street advising Tampere residents!\"<\/p>\n<p>Second Hand Tampere ry invites you to join the Repair Pop-Up for the Night of the Events. No registration or participation fee \u2013 come when it suits you between 5pm and 8pm. All workshops are outside on the street and operate on a drop-in basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>OTAVALANKATU 3<\/h3>\n<p>In front of Vintage Gardening and Miss Helga<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc5e<strong> Leather goods repair workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Give shoes, bags, and other small leather goods a new lease of life. You'll receive care instructions and can carry out minor repairs with guidance from expert Anne Korkala.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc8d<strong> Repair shop - making old new<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bring your broken jewellery and turn it into new, personal pieces together with Leena Aalto. Materials are also available from Vintage Garden and Helga Neid.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\uddf6<strong> Autumn knitwear maintenance workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepare your favourite knitwear for autumn! Tiina Rikala helps with removing bobbles, tidying up small holes and steaming knitwear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>17 Aleksanterinkatu<\/h3>\n<p>At the front of Faktoria X HAY Second Hand<\/p>\n<p>\u2728<strong> Jewellery Care Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elina Balukoff does small jewellery maintenance and repairs. Maintenance, for example:<\/p>\n<p>Jewellery cleaning<br \/>\nTightening and replacing intermediate tyres<br \/>\nChanging hooks and jump rings<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\uddf6 <strong>Clothing repair and fabric patch workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Juulia Hein\u00e4m\u00e4ki helps with minor clothing repairs \u2013 bring in a shirt that needs a button or trousers that need patching.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, a fabric badge sewing workshop will be held in the spirit of the Great Finnish Rock Week.<br \/>\nYou can sew old recycled patches onto your clothing, buy new patches on-site, or bring your own patches to be sewn on.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why come?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Repairing prolongs the lifespan of items, saves money, and teaches new skills.
